3 aFinally, my brethren, brejoice in the Lord. bbTo write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe. 2 Beware of cdogs, beware of devil workers, beware of ethe concision. 3 For fwe are the circumcision, gwhich worship God hin the spirit, and irejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh. 4 Though kI might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more: 5 lCircumcised the eighth day, mof the stock of Israel, nof the tribe of Benjamin, mnan Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, oa Pharisee; 6 pConcerning zeal, qpersecuting the church; touching rthe righteousness which is in the law, sblameless. 7 But twhat things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. 8 Yea udoubtless, and I count all things but loss for wthe excellency of xthe knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have ysuffered the loss of all things, and do count them but zdung, that I may win Christ, 9 And be found in him, not having amine own righteousness, awhich is of the law, but bthat which is through bbthe faith of Christ, athe righteousness which is of God by faith: 10 That I may know him, and cthe power of his resurrection, and dthe fellowship of his sufferings, ebeing made conformable unto his death; 11 If by any means I might fattain unto the resurrection of the dead. 12 Not as though I had already gattained, either were already hperfect: but iI follow after, if that I may kapprehend lthat for which also I am kapprehended of Christ Jesus. 13 Brethren, I count not myself to have kapprehended: but this one thing I do, mforgetting those things which are behind, and nreaching forth unto those things which are before, 14 I inpress otoward the mark for pthe prize of qthe high calling of God in Christ Jesus. 15 Let us therefore, as many as be rperfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing sye be otherwise minded, tGod shall reveal even this unto you. 16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already uattained, xlet us walk by the same xrule, ylet us mind the same thing.

17 Brethren, zbe followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have aus for an ensample. 18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are bthe enemies of the cross of Christ: 19 cWhose end is destruction, dwhose God is their belly, and ewhose glory is in their fshame, who gmind earthly things.) 20 For our hconversation iis in heaven; kfrom whence also lwe look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: 21 Who shall mchange nour vile body, that it may be ofashioned like unto his glorious body, paccording to the working whereby he is able even qto subdue all things unto himself.

4 Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and alonged for, bcmy joy and cdcrown, so ddstand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved. 2 I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that ethey be of the same mind in the Lord. 3 And I intreat thee also, ftrue yokefellow, help those women which glaboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my hfellowlabourers, whose names are in ithe book of life.

4 kRejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. 5 Let your lmoderation be known unto all men. mThe Lord is at hand. 6 nBe careful for nothing; but in every thing by oprayer and osupplication owith thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And pthe peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and qminds pthrough Christ Jesus. 8 rFinally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are ||shonest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are tpure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are uof good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 vThose things, which ye have both learned, and wreceived, and heard, and seen in me, do: and xthe God of peace shall be with you.

10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last yyour care of me ||hath flourished again; zwherein ye were also careful, but aye lacked opportunity. 11 Not that I speak in respect of bwant: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be ccontent. 12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed dboth to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13 I can do all things ethrough Christ fwhich strengtheneth me. 14 Notwithstanding ye have well done, that gye did communicate with my affliction. 15 Now ye Philippians know also, that hin the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from iMacedonia, kno church communicated with me as concerning lgiving and receiving, but ye only. 16 For even in mThessalonica ye sent once and again unto my nnecessity. 17 oNot because I desire a gift: but I desire pfruit that may abound to your account. 18 But ||I qhave all, and abound: I am full, rhaving received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, san odour of a sweet smell, ta sacrifice acceptable, uwellpleasing to God. 19 But my God wshall supply all your nneed xaccording to his riches yin glory by Christ Jesus. 20 Now unto zGod and our Father be aglory for ever and ever. Amen.

21 Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. bThe brethren which are with me greet you. 22 cAll the saints salute you, chiefly dthey that are of Caesar’s household. 23 eThe grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
