Deuteronomy 11:8–9

“You shall therefore keep the whole commandment that I command you today, that you may obe strong, and go in and take possession of the land that you are going over to possess, and pthat you may live long in the land qthat the Lord swore to your fathers to give to them and to their offspring, ra land flowing with milk and honey.

Deuteronomy 11:8–9 — The New International Version (NIV)

Observe therefore all the commands I am giving you today, so that you may have the strength to go in and take over the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess, and so that you may live long in the land the Lord swore to your ancestors to give to them and their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey.

You will live in the land for a long time. It’s the land the Lord promised to give to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and their children after them. He took an oath when he made that promise. It’s a land that has plenty of milk and honey.
